Mormons in Transition Email Support Group (MIT-Talk)

If you still believe Jesus has the answers, but you're not sure the Mormon church does, this online forum is a place to explore biblical alternatives with other former Mormons, ex-Mormons and questioning Mormons in a supportive atmosphere. MIT-Talk works very simply: anyone who "subscribes" to the group gets all email sent by other members. If you only "listen in," your email address and identity will be unknown to all other subscribers. If you post messages, others subscribers will see your email address, but will not know your name unless you choose to use it at the end of your messages. This is a FREE service. There is no cost or obligation of any kind, and you can unsubscribe yourself at any time. (MIT-Talk Photo Album)

Advantages

(1) Confidential — if you only "listen in" and don't post messages, only the system administrator will know your email address, and it will be held in strict confidence.

(2) Relevant — discuss, or just listen in with others like yourself, who are working to resolve doubts and questions about their Mormon / ex-Mormon experience.

(3) Constructive — we're here to work through hurts and bitterness, but also to seek healing and find spiritual solutions through faith in Jesus Christ.

(4) Objective moorings — many of the participants are committed to the unique authority of the Bible because Jesus expressed His own confidence in it. We're not just pooling our ignorance, or operating in a spiritual vacuum.
